Shano Birthday 2024 Art

Shano is from the rhythm game ‘D4DJ’ (which is underrated I feel like more people should play it). I was in a bit of a time crunch with this one as I only just finished it on the evening of her birthday. I really love the rendering of this one – especially the roses. Funnily enough, it was the result of me accidently merging my lineart and colour layers. The black lines of the sketch helped create the desaturated colour of the shadows. My only issue with this piece is how short the arms look compared to the rest of the body.

This was a simple digital redraw of a pencil sketch of Nightshade holding a strawberry. It’s cute but there’s not much to talk about.

I should say before I say anything else is that the only reason why it took me 10hrs to make this is because I also used the same file as my brainstorm for his character design.
Sagiso is an idol that is themed around the fairytale ‘sleeping beauty’. His colour palette is based on a sunset and his solo idol outfit is a mixture of sleepwear and princess dresses.

Another digital redraw of a pen sketch of Nisha. I think I need to practice drawing chibis as the legs looks a little weird. Aside from that, it turned out really cute~
